Barry Makes Final Push For Your Vote

Some honk their horns. Others signal their support with a thumbs up. A few give a thumbs down and one even put up the middle finger.

Kevin Barry says he can do without the negativity; he's more interested in keeping it civil and honest.

A petitioning candidate for Woodbury selectman, Barry, a veteran, says the most important thing is that residents exercise their right and vote today.

He's standing at the intersection outside the polling location -- the senior center -- and he's joined by his sister, Betsy Daniels.

Her daughter, Rebecca Clampett, managed Barry's Facebook page during the campaign. He says the social network was an effective and free tool that helped him reach a big audience.
