Woodbury Teen Camp Make and Float boats on Hollow Pond!

Are your teens bored this summer? Come and see all the fun we are having at Woodbury Parks and Recreation Teen camp!

Woodbury Teen Camp used all their creativity to make a boat out of cardboard boxes and duct tape that could be rowed across Hollow Pond by a member of their team to the cheers and encouragement of their teammates!

They had a great time designing their boats and decorating them too! After they had been transported down the the Hollow, they were launched, very successfully, and they made it quite a long way around the swim area before being a little waterlogged!  It was a perfect day to jump right in after the boats and enjoy the water, truly a great afternoon for the whole camp!

Teen Camp runs for another 4 weeks with many more exciting projects  and trips planned! For more information please go to www.woodburyparksandrec.org.
