The Connecticut Master Chorale will audition sopranos for its upcoming spring concert. Rehearsals will be held in Southbury beginning Jan. 7, 2014. Auditions begin at 7 p.m.

Sunset Meadow Vineyards, 599 Old Middle St, Goshen, offers Chocolate and Wine Pairing Tastings Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the month of December. The cost is $15 per person.

The Gunn Memorial Library, 5 Wykeham Road, Washington, will hold its St. Lucia's Day Swedish Fairytale event at 12:30 p.m. The event includes traditional Swedish Christmas music, a mini "Sankta Lucia" presentation, and more.
