“What sets Fred Astaire Dance Studios apart is that we’ve been around for over 65 years and the quality of dance instruction is exceptionally high,” says co-owner Christian Lange, an international dance champion with many  prestigious titles to his name.

Ballroom dancing is a great way to add excitement to your life, according to studio partner Paulo Jorge. “We make learning a pleasurable and rewarding experience, so join our Beginner Course, learn to dance and have a great time while you do,” he adds.  “Now is the perfect time to get ready for all the holiday parties, weddings and other celebrations in your life.”

Jorge says there are many wonderful reasons to take up ballroom dancing.
“Dance provides an emotional outlet so that you can reflect your feelings through your body movements with a passion and flair that carries into the rest of your life. It also benefits the cardiovascular system, muscle tone and the ability to burn calories; and it’s a great way to get low-impact aerobic activity, and increase your flexibility, strength and balance. Ballroom dancing is just an all-around terrific exercise in a fun, exciting, atmosphere,” he adds.
