This is a postpartum fitness program for moms and their pre-crawler which includes stretch and strengthening exercises, while within baby's reach. We sing or lip sync to our original LITTLEseed™ Program songs and introduce gentle stretches for baby too, to keep them engaged and to enhance mom and baby/caregiver bonding! Babies 6 – 8 wks, after mom receives clearance for exercise from doctor/midwife. Please bring a baby blanket for baby and an exercise mat for mom.
