Registration for children in Bethlehem and Woodbury who will be attending Region 14 kindergarten for the 2012-13 school year will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, through Friday, Jan. 13.
The registration will be at Bethlehem Elementary School, 92 East St., Bethlehem, and .
Children who will be five years old during the 2012 calendar year are eligible for kindergarten. Registration forms and Health Assessment forms are available on the Region 14 website and in each school's front office.
Parents must bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, proof of residency and a copy of the child’s current health form and immunizations to school when registering.
Children will need a physical examination within one year of the first day of school, but all required immunizations must be documented before starting kindergarten.
Parents will be able to make an appointment for screening when they register.
