As usual, the BOE is approaching this all wrong. They look at what they want to do and then eliminate from there, making the "cuts" the issue, instead of the spending. In the real world, you are given a budget total and expected to do what you want to do within that number. These people just think they can demand money from the taxpayers over and over again. We have already wasted money on two failed votes. At least Jerry Stomski and the BOS got it done in one. Kudos to the Board of Finance in Woodbury standing up for the taxpayers.
