Home Prices See Little Recovery in Connecticut
While home prices rose nationally in September, Connecticut was a big loser. Older mill towns seemed to fare the worst throughout New England and Connecticut led the way with a 1.0% decline in prices over the previous month. CT has a long way to go before anyone can say the state economy is strong enough to support a consistent improvement in our housing market.
