Animal Rescue Foundation Regional Chili Cook Off

Animal Rescue Foundation to hold a Chili Cook Off to benefit ARF and the Woodbury DARE program.

The Animal Rescue Foundation of Terryville is holding its 1st Annual Regional Chili Cook Off at Hollow Park on 06/22/13 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Cooks will be coming from different parts of the country to compete in this regional event.  First prize will be round trip airfare to Palm Springs, CA to compete in the National Chili Cook Off.  There are 4 categories in the Cook Off including a Red chili, a Verde Chile, Salsa, and the people's choice.  The winner of the Red Chili category is who gets the round trip airfare.  Cash prizes are at stake for the winners of the other categories.

In addition to cooks, we are looking for vendor spaces which are $50 for for-profit organizations, and $25 for non-profit organizations for a 10'x10' space.  We are also looking for sponsors for the event as well.  Sponsorships are at different monerary levels and all sponsors get included in all advertising for the event and on the ARF website.  There will be refreshments sold at the event and proceeds from that will benefit the Woodbury DARE program.
