Woodbury Travel Basketball Team Tryouts!

Woodbury Travel Team tryouts are commencing!  The schedule will consist of one practice and one or two games per week.  'Home' games will be played on Sundays after 11:30 am.  Games begin at the end of November and last through March.

The tryout schedule is as follows:
Grade 5&6 Girls:  11/4 at 6:30 - 7:30 pm, WMS Gym
Grade 5&6 Boys: 10/28 at 6:30 - 7:30 pm, WMS Gym
Grade 7&8 Girls: 11/4 at 7:30 - 8:30 pm, WMS Gym
Grade 7&8 Boys: 10/28 at 7:30 - 9:00 pm, WMS Gym

In order to enter tryouts, each player must be registered fully, including payment in full.  In the event that a player is not selected for a team, the player's money will be fully refunded.  If the player is selected however, there will be an additional $50 deposit check for the uniform required at the first practice.

Boys will be playing in the Route 44 League.  Travel may include places such as Barkhamsted, Bristol, Harwinton, Litchfield, Middlebury, New Hartford, Terryville, Thomaston, Torrington, Wamogo, Waterbury, Watertown, and Winstead.

Girls will be playing in the Northwest Basketball League: Travel may include places such as Watertown, Bristol, Plainville, Torrington, Winsted, New Hartford, Harwinton, Cornwall, Litchfield, Goshen, Sharon, Lakeville, Thomaston, and Middlebury.
