Woodbury Midday Voter Count: Poll Worker Says Turnout is Terrible

Polls are open for the Woodbury town budget referendum from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. today — Thursday, May 31.

 

As of noon today — Thursday, May 31, turnout in the Woodbury town budget referendum was 2.8-percent, according to poll worker Jane Sandulli.

At 11 a.m., 144 people voted and the noontime count recorded 190 votes.

"Hopefully it will pick up," said Sandulli.
