First Lady Cathy Malloy Cited for No Seatbelt [POLL]
Governor Dannel P. Malloy's wife Cathy was ticketed for not wearing her seatbelt.
In the midst of a statewide campaign to , Cathy Malloy, the First Lady of Connecticut, was ticketed for not wearing her seatbelt last week, a spokesman for Gov. Dannel P. Malloy confirmed.
According to the AP, more than three million tickets were issued during the annual "Click It or Ticket" campaign over the past five years.
