The League of Conservation Voters, a pro-environment advocacy group, endorsed two candidates in June for Connecticut’s Senate race. On one side is Chris Murphy, the congressman campaigning for higher office. On the other is Chris Shays, a former congressman voted out of office in 2008.
Chris Donovan (D) was at a forum in the Capitol, but did not comment to reporters about the campaign finance scandal involving a former employees, reports the CT Mirror.
Andrew Roraback (R) has already been endorsed by his party, and now he has another endorsement under his belt. His campaign recently announced the endorsement of Canton First Selectman Richard Barlow.
