Woodbury Police Report Possible Burglary at Woodlake and Thefts From Cars

Most incidences of theft from cars stem from a common occurrence, said Sgt. Joseph Roden.

 

Shortly after a during the early morning hours of Sunday, June 17, police received another call about a possible burglary at Woodlake Condominiums, according to .

He said entry was made into a condominium at . The investigation is ongoing and Roden said no information on whether anything was stolen is available at this time.

Thefts From Cars

On Thursday, June 14, several cars parked in driveways on Tuttle Road were broken into and items taken, according to Woodbury police reports.

Sometime during the overnight hours of June 14, an individual entered several cars throughout Woodbury and stole various items, including a GPS, cell phone, wallets, loose change, tools and a dash mounted radio.

The cars were parked in driveways and none were locked, according to the police reports.

"I would highly encourage residents to remove valuables and lock doors when they're going to be away from their vehicles," said Roden.

Officer George Romano investigated.

Jewelry & More Taken From Car

Woodbury police are investigating a theft of jewelry, money and personal items from a car parked on Bacon Pond Road. The theft was reported at approximately 4:55 a.m. Thursday, June 14.
