Woodbury Man Arrested After Allegedly Refusing to Pay Restaurant Bill

The incidence took place on Monday, Nov. 12.

 

A little after 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, police were called to Elenni's Family Restaurant, 40 Sherman Hill Rd., due to a reported disturbance at the eatery.

After hearing eyewitness testimony, John Joseph Jannetty, 28, of 232 Rail Tree Hill Rd., Woodbury, was arrested after allegedly causing a disturbance with the owner and staff of Elenni's restaurant. Police said he allegedly did not pay his bill.

Jannetty was placed under arrest and transported to Troop L. The arrests were on the following charges:

  • Larceny in the sixth degree
  • Breach of peace
  • Intimidation in the second degree
