Woman Charged With DUI in Middlebury
Local woman was driving erratically on Interstate 84.
Melanie Martin, 39, of Naugatuck, was charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane on August 10 at approximately 2:17 a.m. after police observed her driving erratically on Interstate 84 east in Middlebury.
Martin was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on August 21.
