Police have cancelled the Silver Alert issued earlier today, as the 23-year-old Naugatuck man reported missing has been found.

The Naugatuck Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 23-year-old man. Anthony Bingham is described as 5-feet, 10-inches call and 210 pounds. He is African American.
Bingham was last seen at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, in Naugatuck when he walked away from a group home on Gorman Street, police said.
Bingham ran toward the area of Rite Aid at 56 Rubber Ave. and that is when employees from the group home lost track of him, police said. Group home employees cannot apprehend people who are in their care.
Bingham suffers from persuasive development disorder and seizure disorder, according to a press release from the Naugatuck PD.
He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, black jeans and black boots.
