Police: Arrest Made Stemming From Fight at Underage Drinking Party

The Woodbury resident reportedly got in a fight with a juvenile.

A 19-year-old Woodbury resident was arrested by warrant Sept. 3 in relation to a fight that allegedly took place at an underage drinking party in town.

According to a report at police headquarters, Shane Kish, of Mountain Road, turned himself in to Woodbury Resident Trooper’s Office and was charged with breach of peace.

The arrest stems from an incident on March 26 in which Kish was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a juvenile at an underage drinking party on Bethlehem Road, police said. The juvenile, a 17-year-old, was arrested for disorderly conduct at that time.

Kish's bond was set at $2,500 and he was due in court on Sept. 18.

His arrest came a month to the day after a Woodbury couple was arrested for allegedly distributing alcohol to minors at an underage drinking party at their house.
