James Redway was on the scene of the accident and left this comment on our Facebook page: "I was just there with the MVFD on that call. It was just off the west bound ramp coming off exit 17 in Waterbury. I can't comment on the call itself, but I can say this… It is REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT that when you get off that exit, you TURN YOUR BLINKER OFF well before you get to that spot. When you exit 17 many times your blinker stays on. People making the left hand turn on to Chase think you are turning on to Chase as well, when in reality you are going straight. Just remembering that may save your life some day. Please remember it!!" www.facebook/com/woodmiddpatch
