Middlebury Police Assist in Joint Task Force

Middlebury Police joined members of the Connecticut State Police, Prospect Resident Trooper's Office and Naugatuck Police in a joint operation entitled “Home Visits”.

The operation consisted of visiting persons on parole and probation in the Middlebury area, especially sex offenders, to make sure they were following the rules of their release, living at addresses being reported, and following other conditions of their release.

The operation resulted in one arrest of a Naugatuck man, Felip Bruno, 22, who was charged with violation of parole.
