Middlebury Paving Results in Detours This Week

Here's what you need to know about the Route 188 paving project in Middlebury.

On Tuesday, July 9, paving will continue along Route 188 in the vicinity of Middlebury Elementary School, Acting Chief Richard Wildman stated in a press release.

He noted the following travel information for parents and other travelers:

With the Reading Incentive going on at the school (MES), parents are asked to approach the school from the east.

Use Regan Road or any road east of the school, turn onto Route 188 in a west direction, and go right to the school.

After dropping their child off, parents are asked to go right onto West Route 188 back to Tucker Hill Road and continue their journey.
