Cynthia Dicera, 53, of Woodbury, was charged with DUI on Jan. 30 at approximately 7:16 p.m.
According to police, Dicera was traveling north on Old Middle Road Turnpike in Woodbury when she took an unexplained right turn onto the front lawn of a home. The vehicle became stuck in a small drainage culvert in the lawn, causing minor damage to the rear of the vehicle.
An investigation determined that Dicera was operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Dicera was arrested and transported to Troop ‘L’ in Litchfield for processing.
