This week's wine comes from Italy and the recommendation comes from my cousin Lisa, who was on her way to a wine, chocolate and cheese tasting. She said one of her favorite wines is Cantina Zaccagnini Montepulciano.
A quick Internet search brought me to the Moms Who Need Wine website, where a woman named Janna reviewed the vino.
Update: As Bob Heusted of and Bill Blore of so kindly noted, the bottle retails for a minimum of $14.99 in Connecticut.
Since neither Janna nor I can understand Italian, she relied on her taste buds and I'm relying on them too!
