We have a petition date! Approved by David and Lou. It's very important to have a good showing and we need lots of hands. A petition signing is scheduled this coming Sunday, December 15, at 11:00am in front of LaBonnes here in Woodbury. If we have a big group of people, maybe a couple of people can stand on the main road across from the Shove building with signs directing people over to LaBonnes to sign the petitions. 
I encourage you to call your friends, family, neighbors about the event to get as many people out as possible to sign the petition for a special election for Board of Selectman. The Woodbury Republican Town Committee unanimously endorsed Barbara Perkinson for Selectman and it is only fair that she be given the chance to have the good people of this town make their decision who they want to fill the seat. I remind people that even though she lost the last election, almost 1,500 people voted for her and their votes should not be stifled.

Please, if you are able, please make some signs alerting people to," Sign the petition for a special election for Board of Selectman.""Petition signing  in front of LaBonnes." Maybe have another one saying,"Let your voices be heard!" Or, "Give Barbara Perkinson a FAIR chance!"
