Obituary: Dorothy Ann Russo, 74 of Woodbury

Dorothy Ann Russo, 74, of Woodbury died Saturday May 12, 2012, at Waterbury Hospital. She was born April 14, 1938, in Bronx, N.Y., the daughter of the late Harry and Anna (Harrigan) Russo.

She most recently was employed by Ericson Insurance in Washington Depot as an account manager for several years. Prior to her insurance career, she was involved in the perfume industry in Europe where she lived for a number of years. She was an avid animal lover and advocate.

Russo was an elegant woman who will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by a cousin, Richard Ferraro and his wife Pat of Fairfax, Va. and their children; a goddaughter, Michelle Catalano of Staten Island, N.Y., and many close, loving friends.

Memorial Mass: 10 a.m. Friday, May 18, at , Woodbury.

Burial: At the convenience of the family.

Visitation: No calling hours.
