Mrs. Mary D. Peterson, 77, of Carmel Hill Road North, died Friday Dec. 20, 2013 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of the late Alexander Peterson.

Mrs. Peterson was born Jan. 14, 1936 in Waterbury, Connecticut, the daughter of the late John and Alma (Thomas) Reynolds. She was a lifelong resident of Bethlehem.

She is survived by her son, Mark Peterson of Bethlehem, her daughter Patti Borrowski and her husband Darren of Bethlehem, and 2 grandchildren, Kerry and Nick.

A graveside service will be held in the spring in New North Cemetery, Woodbury. There are no calling hours.
