Nutrition for Seniors
This class is twofold and will include a lecture plus actual food preparation. It is being taught by Gary Camill. He is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Holistic Health and Fitness Coach. He will be discussing the benefits of eating nutritious foods for health and healing with an understanding of foods that should be avoided. The program will emphasize foods that are nutritious yet are low cost. There are a limited number of seats available, so please sign up early.
