Gluten Free/Sugar Free Diet Helps Child With ADHD

Child in trouble in school for bad behavior whose mom did not want stimulant medication for son is greatly improved on gluten free/sugar free diet.

Comments from the NEUROLOGIST,

A 9 year old boy who has ADHD and was overweight came to my office. He was in trouble in school for bad behavior. He was not staying in his seat and was pushing things off the desk of the boy sitting next to him. While in my office he was playing with some of my instruments and would not stop when asked to do so. His mom did not want him put on any stimulant medications. I put the boy on a gluten free/sugar free diet.

In two months he returned to my office and was 99% improved. He was losing weight so kids were not picking on him at school. His behavior both at home and at school was greatly improved. So much so that his teachers commented on it.
