MUUS Sunday Service

The Mattatuck Unitarian Universalist Society will feature Tracy Johnson as its speaker on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 10:30 am. Johnson is a member of MUUS and a student at Andover Newton Theological School pursuing a Master of Divinity and Candidacy for Ministry.

Her talk is entitled, “ Sacred Stories”. Johnson says, “ The Unitarian Universalist tradition draws from many sources which serve to nourish and inform our individual and corporate searches for truth and meaning. From where do you draw your sense of the transcendent? What makes these stories sacred?”

Refreshments will be available after the service. The public is welcome.
