Woodbury Scholarship Fund Go the Distance for Scholars

The 3rd
annual Go the Distance for Scholars event is this Saturday, September  28th, at the Woodbury Mitchell
School/Middle School Complex in Woodbury, CT. 
The weather this Saturday looks perfect for everyone to come celebrate
fall.  There is something for everyone: 4
different bike courses, a 5K walk and 5K run, senior walks, fun field events
for children K-5th grade and a raffle and silent auction tent
available to all, not just event participants! 
Registration for the events is available that morning at the school
complex.  Event start times are from 7:45
to 9:00 for the bike, walk and run courses.  
Senior walks and K-5 events start at 10:00

The raffle
and silent auction tent will be open all morning.  Items include Patriot football tickets,
theatre tickets, jewelry, an IPad, home heating oil, a week at a vacation home,
restaurant gift certificates and many gift baskets.  Please stop by mid-morning to take a look and
take a chance on some amazing items, even if you aren’t able to make the
race.   All proceeds support the Woodbury
