Women's Self Defense Class

Please join us for a fun, educational & exciting class to protect
yourself and help support Nonnewaug High School GradNite.
Nearly 2 million women are physically assaulted in this country every
year. You might see the reports on TV or read about it in the paper and
think it couldn't happen to you, but it could. And you need to know how to fight back if it does. 
Self protection is something every woman should know.  Nonnewaug High
School GradNite is offering a class to learn basic techniques of how to
protect yourself and loved ones from being a victim of crime. 
The class
will be held at the NHS, 5 Minortown Road, Woodbury on Thursday, March
20th at 7pm, for woman (ages 11 years & up - some material discussed
will be of sensitive nature)  $10 per person can be paid at the door to help support funding for GradNite.
