What should I know for the first class that I attend?

Zumba® Fitness is a fun, unique and very effective program which was created for everyone. The most important thing to remember is to HAVE FUN! You do not need to know how to dance. Please do not worry about getting all of the movements when starting out. As long as you keep moving, sweating, and smiling, that is what is most important! All of our bodies move and work differently, and we encourage every one to move the way that feels right to them. Everyone interprets rhythm differently! Modify steps to meet your own ability and fitness level. It is important to listen to your body! You know it better than anyone, so please be aware of, and honor, your limitations during class.

What should I bring to class?

You will want to bring a workout towel, plenty of water, and sneakers are mandatory. Most importantly, bring your positive energy and get ready for the ultimate "feel happy" workout.
