Wellness-A-Thon to benefit Sandy Hook Elementary School Victims Fund

Please come out and join us as we attempt to raise money for the Sandy Hook Elementary School Victims Relief Fund! Middlebury Chiropractic will open its office doors from 7am-7pm on January 2nd and we will be offering chiropractic services, stretching, chair massages, Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture for anxiety reduction, and plenty of raffle prizes including $500 worth of chiropractic care for 1 year, $250 gift certificate towards cosmetic acupuncture, hour long massage gift certificates, $200 towards Naturopathic Medicine care, and wellness baskets, Running/Ski outfit and 2 pairs of shoes donated by Salomon USA of Ogden, Utah also more raffle prizes will be added daily!!! Raffle tickets will be $5 each and will be available at the office until jan 2nd as well! We ask anyone coming down to the office that day to donate whatever it is you are comfortable with for any of the services we are offering...every little bit helps!!! ALL PROCEEDS FOR THE DAY WILL BE DONATED!! Come down , donate to a great cause, and receive some wellness services all at the same time!!!
