The Nucracker Ballet with the Danbury Symphony Orchestra

Amanda Kaufman of Woodbury (pictured) will dance the lead role of the wolf in the Marzipan scene (Danse des mirlitons), and joins a cast of dancers from 17 area towns to bring alive the holiday magic of the Nutcracker Ballet on stage at the Danbury High School on Friday,  Dec. 7th  at 7:30pm,  Saturday, Dec. 8th  at 6:00pm and  Sunday, Dec. 9th  at 3:00pm. This production of the Nutcracker will feature a live performance of the Danbury Symphony Orchestra. Reserved seat tickets are $10-$25 and are available for advance purchase only (no tickets will be sold at the door). The box office at 256 Main Street in Danbury is open until Thursday December 6th from 9-4 M-F and will have a special Saturday opening 9-noon on December 1st. Tickets may also be ordered online via paypal or credit card.
