Make Ups Offered

Babies on up are all welcome with Mommy to this unique musical movement & fitness class.  We will modify for all age groups and postpartum needs so be prepared for anything!  Sing or lyp sinc to Michelle Wenis’ original LITTLEseed™ Program songs together to enhance your playful bonding experience. 

Please bring a blanket for baby and mats for all participating.  Younger ones may wish to bring their favorite doll/stuffed animal/robot etc..

Classes held at Woodbury Parks & Rec House, 7 Mountain Road, Woodbury CT 06798.
