Flanders Bald Eagle Viewing Fieldtrip

Join us for a fun field trip to the Shepaug Bald Eagle Viewing Station in Southbury to see possibly the largest concentration of wintering eagles in CT. We might also see red tail hawks, sharp-shinned hawks, goshawks, great blue herons and a variety of waterfowl. Knowledgeable volunteers will be available to help with the station’s telescopes, and answer questions. Please dress warmly, and bring binoculars. We will meet at the I-84 Exit 14 Commuter Parking Lot at
10 AM. We will leave promptly at 10:15 AM to head to the Eagle Observation Station.
Cost is $5
Registration is necessary due to limited space.
Please call 203-263-3711 x 10.
