Cuba Through a Camera's Eye

Local photographer Rich Pomerantz will present a free slide show entitled “Cuba Through a Modern Lens” on Thursday evening, September 26th at 7 p.m.

Join Rich for a tour through Havana and Cuba, a country in transition.  Meet the people, hear their stories, see the beautiful and the tragic from this close neighbor about which we know so little.

Local photographer Rich Pomerantz lectures about photography and teaches photography throughout the country and internationally.  His photography has appeared in many books and gardening, travel, and shelter magazines including National Geographic for Kids, Traditional Home, Horticulture, Organic Gardening, and Travel Holiday, as well as catalogues and in advertisements worldwide.  Rich has three books: Great Gardens of the Berkshires, Hudson River Valley Farms, and Wild Horses of the Dunes.
