As of 3 p.m., voter turnout in Woodbury has already outpaced the 2011 election, Registrar of Voters Anne Cushman Schwaikert told Patch.
In 2011 at 3 p.m., 1,682 people voted. This year at 3 p.m., 1,898 people voted.
