After a night of steady rain, showers are projected to fall mainly before 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. But before the rain tapers off, three quarters to one inch of rain may fall and wind gusts may get as high as 28 miles per hour.
At night, temperatures will likely drop to below freezing at 28 degrees and the wind will become calmer.

The weather on the day of thanks is slated to be sunny and dry, with a high near 49 degrees.
