Here we go again.
Thirty-six customers in Middlebury are without power as of 10:05 p.m. tonight -- Tuesday, Dec. 27 -- according to CL&P's outage map. Of the 3,385 customers, 36 are without power, or one percent of the customers.
In Woodbury, CL&P reports that seven homes are without power, or 0.14 percent of the 5,118 CL&P customers in town.
