Power Outages Thanks to Windy Weather

It's a little bit like October all over again, only without the snow and (hopefully) a shorter time without power.

Here we go again.

Thirty-six customers in Middlebury are without power as of 10:05 p.m. tonight -- Tuesday, Dec. 27 -- according to CL&P's outage map. Of the 3,385 customers, 36 are without power, or one percent of the customers.

In Woodbury, CL&P reports that seven homes are without power, or 0.14 percent of the 5,118 CL&P customers in town.

How are you all weathering the windy storm?

Outage numbers on CL&P's maps were still the same as of 4 a.m. today.

All is back to normal in Middlebury, but in Woodbury, one person is without power. Are you the one? Hopefully it comes back soon!

I was one of the 36 in Middlebury. It went off at about 9pm and came back on sometime after 6pm this morning. I have no idea what caused it - probably a tree...
