Zillow reports that during the last year, Middlebury home values fell by 8.4 percent, while Woodbury prices fell by 13 percent.
"The median sale price in Middlebury is $295,000, but the median listing price was $399,000, a 26.1 percent discount," according to Zillow. "Meanwhile in Woodbury, the median selling price is $287,000, and the starting price had a median of $370,000, a 22.4 percent discount."
