The listed the following land transfers in June 2012.

  • Fannie Mae, aka Federal National Mortgage Association, to Jin Young Oh, property at 4 Chatham Court, $417,000.
  • Andrew P. Chabot to the state of Connecticut, property at 7 Hill Parkway, $257,000.
  • Sabri Barisser and Elizabeth F. Barisser to Juan P. Alvarez, Concepcion Delara and Melina Lantigua, property at 206 Tower Rd., $325,000.
