• September 13: Gregory H. Scholl and Kelly A. Scholl to the State of Connecticut, 56 Hill Parkway, $315,000

• September 13: Thomas P. Gormley and Patricia A. Gormley to Brigitte M. Bessette, property at 179 Acme Drive, $230,000.

• September 18: Dolores M. Willis to Glen R. Bjorkander, property at 281 Watertown Rd., quit claim.
