UPDATE: Bethlehem & Woodbury Homes Without Power Tonight — Friday, June 1

CL&P is reporting outages in eight Connecticut towns as of 12:30 a.m. Friday, June 1.

 

Update as of 1:38 a.m.

A tree fell on equipment and impacted a circuit that controls power for three towns in the area — Bethlehem, Watertown and Woodbury, according to CL&P media contact Katie Blint.

She said CL&P is on scene and power should be restored within a few hours.

According to CL&P's outage maps, the following Connecticut towns are without power as of 12:30 a.m. Friday, June 1. There is no word yet on the cause.

  • Bethlehem: 56 homes
  • Woodbury: 225 homes
  • Darien: 4 homes
  • East Windsor: 30 homes
  • Mansfield: 188 homes
  • Stonington: 3 homes
  • Watertown: 170 homes
  • Windham: 1 home
