Hi Luca, Glad to hear they are planning to leave the country, like typical crooks on the lam. Obviously the country would be a lot better off if many of the CEOs and other high management of the biggest banks were first arrested and fined $billions in restitution before leaving the country. http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/the-scam-wall-street-learned-from-the-mafia-20120620 EXCERPT: The defendants in the case – Dominick Carollo, Steven Goldberg and Peter Grimm – worked for GE Capital, the finance arm of General Electric. Along with virtually every major bank and finance company on Wall Street – not just GE, but J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, UBS, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, Wachovia and more – these three Wall Street wiseguys spent the past decade taking part in a breathtakingly broad scheme to skim billions of dollars from the coffers of cities and small towns across America. The banks achieved this gigantic rip-off by secretly colluding to rig the public bids on municipal bonds, a business worth $3.7 trillion. By conspiring to lower the interest rates that towns earn on these investments, the banks systematically stole from schools, hospitals, libraries and nursing homes – from "virtually every state, district and territory in the United States," according to one settlement. END EXCERPT

yep will gotta love those articles. Hope those schools etc are fine with the taxes paid by the occupy wall street types. But, Im guessing they may need to let a few people go, if that is the case. In terms of making money off of interest rate arbitrage , etc. WHOA--that is news. I thought these guys all worked for free--similar to how every business should be. Every business should make no money, or it will get interpreted by rolling stone, and others of "skimming' and stealing. Mcdonalds buys beef, then cooks it, and sells it for more than they bought the beef for, effectively stealing money from millions of americans each year. See will? See how that works? Its an awesome piece of journalism, and the fact that you buy into it, is why advertising works. You get sucked into the banks are bad /evil/ demogoguery..... fantasitc. Im sure that you must also feel the bailout of GM was a great accomplishment. thats what the main stream media , on behalf of the democrats is telling you, so --just swallow it all..... the fact that gm owes money, and the banks dont? No big deal---somewhere, somehow you can rearrange the logic to make owed money acceptable, and paid back money, unacceptable. Too bad, that you have suspended the ability to actually separate out logic, from demogoguery. We hear about reid saying " you need to show us proof" about romney taxes--yet applauding executive privilege on fast and furious-- does that make sense?

"Mcdonalds buys beef, then cooks it, and sells it for more than they bought the beef for, effectively stealing money from millions of americans each year." It's adorable how you made it through that without mentioning the thousands of illegals employed in their meat rendering plants. what is it you people always say? "call ICE!"

Jimmy again im one of 'you people' -- pretty smart, given your objection to bifurcation. Im one of those people-- but jimmy bristles when someone calls him a democrat? How dumb. Youre gonna have to go to playbook tactic 2 or 3 --fox watcher or crazy, because in 3000 posts on patch, you wont find one iota of bigotry that eminates from me. Sorry to dissappoint. Your brand of prejudice and labeling is not welcome.
