Good News Cafe Defines American Cuisine, Connecticut Magazine Says

The Woodbury eatery was mentioned in three different categories in Connecticut Magazine's Best Restaurants 2013 list.

The votes are in and Woodbury's Good News Cafe was named one of the best American restaurants in the state by Connecticut Magazine editors. Carol Peck's restaurant was also mentioned in two other categories on the list.

According to the 2013 Best Restaurants rankings by Connecticut Magazine, the decision was not an easy one.

"American is a hard category to pin down," staff stated on the Connecticut Magazine website. "I suggest you go to Carole Peck's Good News Cafe and let her menu define it for you. Imaginative, beautifully prepared and delicious."
