An Exciting Week on the CT Beer Trail

From politics and discounts to one outstanding festival, this has been an exciting week on the CT Beer Trail.

This has been an exciting week on the CT Beer Trail!

Our first ever City Steam/CT Beer Trail Winter Festival was a great success, bringing the best of the best from Connecticut's craft beer industry under one roof.

Special thanks to the all of the breweries, brewpubs and home brew shops that made this event so special, and thanks to our friends at City Steam for so graciously hosting this spectacular event!

Earlier in the week, a public hearing was conducted in Hartford discussing proposed laws that will directly affect Connecticut's craft beer community. We're keeping our eyes on these bills and we're cautiously optimistic about some of the changes proposed within.

Last night, our friends from Backstage in Torrington joined the Trail Blazers Club and now offer club members 10 percent off all food and beverages!

Special thanks to one of our site users, Tony Leone, who helped introduce the Trail Blazers Club concept to the Backstage management team. Tony is a perfect example of how this community is largely driven by member participation.

Do you want to see more of your favorite locations on the Trail Blazers Club? Follow Tony's lead and tell them about the club and that you want to see them listed!
