Fourth time, maybe? The Woodbury town budget failed at Thursday night's referendum: 565 to 560.
"There will be a recount," said Woodbury Registrar Anne Cushman Schwaikert.
She said the recount will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, at a to-be-determined location.
