* Drink more clean and pure water
That may sound simple and basic, yet so many people do not drink enough water and it is not clean. How much? Drink at least half your body weight, in ounces, per day. No, other beverages do not replace water and if you drink coffee, you need to drink a bit more, as that is a diuretic.
* Get enough sleep
Start an hour before bedtime (well before 10 pm) and slow down. Drink sleepy tea, no solid foods after 6 pm, no tv or exercise, and just be chill. This will prepare your body to sleep.
* Dry brush your skin every day
Take a natural bristle brush and brush you dry, healthy skin. Cover your entire skin surface in a gentle motion, towards your heart. Benefits include: lymph cleansing, aids in digestion, increases circulation, removes dead skin layers, and keeps skin smooth soft and younger looking.This is great before your morning shower.
* Be grateful
It is a known fact that the brain cannot be negative and grateful at the same time. Replace your negative thoughts, when they arise, with all you are thankful for. Every cell in your body responds to the thoughts that you think, so why not make them amazing?
* Be joyful
Joy is a curer and creates happy cells in your body. Be sure to include in your day, something that brings you nothing but joy. As for the rest of your day, bring joy to everything and have a joy filled day!
What do you think optimum health is? Why are so many people sick? How can you prevent catching "what is going around?"
Next time, I will share some very interesting thoughts with you about this.
