The Freight Street Gallery's Handmade Market is a bi-weekly event featuring over 40 artists, artisans, and independent designers from across Connecticut. Every other Sunday starting on July 8th, from 11am-4pm, the front lawn of the historic Anaconda Building in Waterbury will be transformed into a vibrant market place featuring handcrafted goods, fine art, live music and food vendors. Enjoy local bands as they play a song you've never heard before. Find meaningful wedding or housewarming gifts or something uniquely fabulous for yourself while you support the efforts of local painters, photographers, sculptors, jewelers, fashion designers and many more. Each event will showcase different artisans, so come to all of these one-of-a-kind markets.
